Ioan Davies

Ioan is an experienced adviser to both public and private sector clients involved in PFI and PPP schemes. Ioan has been engaged to advise on such schemes by local authorities, NHS trusts, Primary Care Trusts and private sector project sponsors amongst others.

Ioan has particular expertise of the competitive dialogue procurement of PFI/PPP accommodation projects in the education (including Building Schools for the Future), health (including NHS LIFT) and 'blue light' sectors. He also has experience of PPP projects in the waste sector and of local government outsourcing projects. Ioan has also advised on a number of variations to existing PFI projects.

Ioan's current workload encompasses engagements in relation to the Academy programme, including the conversions of PFI Schools.

Ioan is recognised as a leading Local Government lawyer by Chambers.
