Iftikhar Ali

Iftikhar Ali is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Practice.

He has a broad practice covering the areas of commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution strategies.

Iftikhar specialises in advising on disputes in the areas of property, energy, engineering and construction projects, operating risks internationally and product liability disputes, including under Bermuda Form wordings.

Iftikhar has advised on and managed investigations specifically in Latin America, Middle East, Far East and North Africa. Iftikhar is a regular lecturer for the Chartered Insurance Institute.
