Frank Suttie

Frank Suttie is a partner within our projects practice based in Leeds.  He has been an advisor to local government for the past seven years advising in a range of projects involving outsourcing, PFI and PPP. He is a member of the Education Sub-Committee of the PPP Forum.

He is lead partner for the firm's engagement to the 4Ps NHS LIFT panel - advising local authorities in NHS LIFT matters.

He advised the project team and PCTs for the Liverpool and Sefton NHS LIFT and currently advises Doncaster MBC in the Doncaster LIFT project.

His current portfolio of PFI engagements include projects such as:

• Birmingham Primary Schools
• Doncaster Secondary Schools
• Lincolnshire County Council Fire and Rescue Fleet Management and Procurement
• Liverpool World Discovery Centre

He was an advisor to the Government in relation to the development and implementation of funding arrangements for Training and Enterprise Council.
