Dan is head of the Complex and Major Loss team within the Birmingham Property Risk Solutions team.
Dan specialises in public liability and property claims for insurers relating to property damage and regularly acts for the major and complex loss teams of various insurers on matters with claim values of up to £6 million.
Dan has a particular expertise in advising on policy coverage issues relating to EL, PL, Property and CAR policies and has extensive experience of non-disclosure and misrepresentation issues.
He has also acted in a number of cases where insurers have successfully declined policy liability on grounds of fraud.
