DAC Beachcroft is an international legal business which operates through separately constituted and regulated legal entities providing legal services in accordance with the relevant laws of the jurisdictions in which the different entities operate. The use of words and/or phrases such as "we", "DAC Beachcroft", "international legal business", "the firm", "our people" is for convenience only and refers to any of the entities below.

Partners

We use the word 'partner' on this website to refer to a member of DAC Beachcroft LLP, or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualification within a DAC Beachcroft entity.

Entities

DAC Beachcroft LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (registered number OC317852) which is regulated and authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The Authority's rules can be accessed at http://www.sra.org.uk/code-of-conduct.page  A list of the members (all of whom are solicitors in England and Wales, exempt European lawyers or registered foreign lawyers), together with a list of those persons who are designated as partners is available for inspection at the registered office of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 100 Fetter Lane London EC4A 1BN. DAC Beachcroft LLP use the word "partner" to refer to a member of the LLP or an employee or consultant who is a lawyer with equivalent standing and qualifications.

DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of DAC Beachcroft LLP. It is a limited company registered in England and Wales (registered number 04218278) which is regulated and authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The Authority's rules can be accessed at http://www.sra.org.uk/code-of-conduct.page. A list of the directors, together with a list of those persons who are designated as partners in DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited, is available for inspection at our registered office, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol, BS99 7UR. DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited use the word "partner" to refer to a director of the company, or an employee or consultant who is a lawyer with equivalent standing and qualifications.

DAC Beachcroft LLP is licensed to operate as a foreign law firm in Singapore. It advises on the law and legal procedures applicable in England and Wales. Should you require an opinion on Singaporean law or that of any other jurisdiction, we would be happy to help you source this.

DAC Beachcroft NZ and/or DAC Beachcroft New Zealand means DAC Beachcroft New Zealand Limited and is an affiliate of DAC Beachcroft LLP. It is a New Zealand limited company (company number 3179310) and is regulated by the New Zealand Law Society. DAC Beachcroft LLP also operates out of the Auckland office of DAC Beachcroft New Zealand.

DAC Beachcroft Dublin is an Irish law firm regulated by the Law Society of Ireland. It is affiliated to DAC Beachcroft LLP and the owners/equity partners of DAC Beachcroft Dublin are all owners/equity partners of DAC Beachcroft LLP.

DAC Beachcroft LLP operates in Madrid through DAC Beachcroft SLPU registered at the Companies House in Madrid, volume 25.574, sheet 118, section No. 8, page M-460862. Tax identification No: B-81729634.

DAC Beachcroft SC is a Sociedad Civil incorporated in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States duly registered in the Public Registry of Commerce of Mexico, Federal District under file No.72854, with Tax number DBE051005PT3.

DAC Beachcroft Chile Limitada is incorporated in accordance with the Laws of Chile and is duly registered with the Registry of Commerce of Chile under page 73535 number 51100 dated 19th October 2012 with Tax number 76.243.684-1.

DAC Beachcroft Scotland LLP is an affiliate of DAC Beachcroft LLP. It is a limited liability partnership, registered in Scotland (registered number SO301379) and is a Multi National Practice (registered number 20713). A list of the names of the members of DAC Beachcroft Scotland LLP, together with a list of those persons who are designated as partners, is available for inspection at the registered office of DAC Beachcroft Scotland LLP, Charles Oakley House, 125 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2SA. DAC Beachcroft Scotland LLP use the word 'partner' to refer to a member of the LLP or an employee or consultant who is a lawyer with equivalent standing and qualifications.
