Beachcroft has appointed a partner and a Director of Planning to Beachcroft's Bristol office. They both join the firm today, 3rd May.
Simon Lambert joins the employment team as a partner. He joins Beachcroft from Eversheds, where he has been for the last 10 years, latterly as a senior associate and, before that, Simon trained at Beachcroft . He is an expert in all aspects of employment law with particular emphasis on discrimination, TUPE and complex employment disputes. He is also an experienced advocate before the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Kevin Gibbs will join Beachcroft's Bristol office as Director of Planning. He was formerly a planning partner at Osborne Clarke based in their Bristol office but with a national practice. Kevin has specific expertise in strategic planning, aviation, waste and care home sectors and is highly regarded within the planning world. He regularly advises airports, large institutional landowners (including crown agencies), waste management companies, house builders, transport operators and industrialists on all aspects of planning and environmental regulations and will capitalise on Beachcroft's strong health and local government credentials. Kevin is both a solicitor and a Chartered Town Planner.

Kevin is a also director of Bristol Chamber of Commerce and Initiative, chairs the Business West planning committee and has recently chaired meetings with British Chamber of Commerce on Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs). He has been ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 as a leader in his field.
