International law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP has expanded its service offering to the northeast healthcare sector with the addition of a new specialist real estate team. The new team is headed up by sector specialist Andrea Proudlock, who joins from Ward Hadaway, where she was Head of Property in the Public Sector Team. Andrea has been an Associate Solicitor at Ward Hadaway since 2007, specialising mainly in NHS and other public sector work. She acted on nearly all of the major instructions that the team received from its health sector clients ranging from acquisitions and disposals for development to leasehold interests as well as maintaining a client liaison role for the firm's Acute Trust clients. She previously worked at Eversheds. Andrea will be joined by Richard Hartis, a Legal Executive from Ward Hadaway, also a specialist in health sector real estate, who joins DAC Beachcroft in June.
