DAC Beachcroft opened in New Zealand in 2010, through its acquisition of acquired niche insurance practice, Williams Holden Cooklin Gibbons LLP. We have offices in Auckland and Wellington and specialise in working with the insurance sector across all product lines.
Our Singapore office was opened in 2011 and is focused on advising on complex, high value commercial disputes - principally for insurers and reinsurers. In addition, the team advises on insurance policy wordings, global programmes and coverage disputes, and supports other clients of DAC Beachcroft operating in Asia.
In 2009, DAC Beachcroft entered into a joint venture arrangement with the leading Indian business law firm KS Partners (formerly Khaitan Jayakar Sud & Vohra), which has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata. The joint ventures enables DAC Beachcroft to provide its major international clients operating in India with a high quality and consistent service from both a domestic (Indian) and international perspective.
