Our skilled, commercially aware negotiators, deploy alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques where appropriate, to achieve our clients' goals as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
Our team has a particular expertise in commercial, residential and mixed use development sites, both in terms of site clearance and troubleshooting over title issues such as rights of light and restrictive covenants, and contract purchase disputes.
Clients include many of the leading commercial and residential developers in the UK. We regularly advise landlords and tenants on asset management disputes, particularly in the retail, office, health, industrial and residential sectors.
We also have considerable expertise in dealing with telecommunications disputes under the Electronic Communications Code.
