Safety, health and the environment

Our SHE team provide a range of regulatory services in health and safety, food and product safety, and the environment to our corporate clients. We work across the private and public sector, including independent and public sector health clients.

The strength and depth of our team is recognised by the legal directories and our wide client base, with a number of our lawyers drawing on their previous industry experience and with regulatory authorities.

Our team provides advisory and training services on governance, compliance and risk and provides assistance with regulatory issues arising in commercial transactions and employment policies.

We provide support to help you manage your response to major incidents, protecting your commercial interests when faced with regulatory investigations and defending enforcement actions on your behalf.
