Our dedicated team's approach to credit hire is based around sound market knowledge, intelligence and employing constantly evolving strategies.
The team, headed by Craig Dickson, deals with technical credit hire and credit repair cases, both within and outside the scope of the ABI General Terms of Agreement.
We have developed bespoke Credit Hire Alternative Resolution Methods (CHARM) which operate independently or alongside the ABI GTA, where CHO's are encouraged to enter into agreements where proceedings are diverted to a cost effective, binding, bulk settlement forum.
