Restructuring and insolvency

Our restructuring and insolvency team acts for all the major accountancy practices, in their formal insolvency appointments, as administrators, liquidators, trustees or scheme supervisors.

We aim to remove the complexity of corporate failure for our clients while remaining focused on their commercial interests. We work with a variety of stakeholders, directors, interim managers and turnaround practitioners to provide restructuring and distressed situation advice from every angle.

Our team is skilled in contingency planning, strategy formulation, risk and supply chain management and we also deal with creditors, private equity sponsors and lenders with the aim of securing protected returns, or ensuring the best possible outcome in distressed situations.
