Business immigration

With immigration a key political issue, organisations can often find themselves on the front line of the debate. So it's vital to get your recruitment process right, under the new Points Based System. As we're approved under the UK Borders Agency's assessment scheme, we're ideally placed to help you achieve that.

Our Business Immigration Unit provides private and public sector clients with expert advice on all issues around recruitment or transfer of overseas workers into the UK. We guide you through the points based system with practical, business-focused advice.

We streamline the application process and find the quickest and most cost-effective way to achieve your commercial goals.

UK Border Agency-approved

We are one of few firms approved by the UK Borders Agency to assess employers under the sponsor licence system, so we're better placed than most to assess immigration compliance and manage risk.

We like to share what we know with our clients too, to help you prepare for the future, not just react to it. We offer training for managers and HR professionals on issues arising from the recruitment process, and work closely with clients to conduct compliance audits.

Our team provides a full-service offering, from advising on business visitors and international assignments, to the tier-based points system and leave to enter or remain in the UK. Should you face an immigration-related claim, and we feel you have a case, we'll defend you every step of the way.

Our advice is sought by major employers. We've advised a global IT company on bringing consultants to the UK from India; we’ve conducted a full immigration compliance audit for an NHS body; we've advised a government body on procurement and outsourcing issues; and we've defended employers successfully against claims of race discrimination and unfair dismissal.

Business immigration can play a key role in your workforce. We go the extra mile to make sure you get it right.
