Zoë qualified in 1998, and joined the firm’s Employment Group in 2005, and was a partner from 2007 until 2014.
Her practice covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, negotiating and drafting of service contracts and other contractual documents, the design and implementation of redundancy programmes and intra-group transfers, and senior level dismissals.
Zoë’s particular expertise is in relation to the employment aspects of transactions and commercial projects. She has extensive experience of TUPE related work on business transfers and outsourcing.
