Daniella advises on all aspects of employment law representing employers in both the private and public sector. She has a particular interest in the independent health sector.
Daniella is head of DAC Beachcroft’s National Equal Pay Unit. She has handled complex equal pay test cases, including at the EAT and Court of Appeal stages, which have had far reaching consequences for both the public and private sectors. She has also advised clients in both the private and public sector in relation to identifying equal pay risks, pay structures and job evaluation schemes. In particular, she has carried out equal pay risk analysis reviews for a number of fire services, charities, financial institutions and large private sector employers in relation to contractual pay inequalities.
She is keen to work with clients on an operational level and has developed an operational HR helpline product, which is designed to provide bespoke first line response HR support to operational managers whilst still complimenting existing HR on the ground. She leads the team on this and it is a great example of her ability to "think outside the box" and deliver client focused solutions to operational issues that affect the bottom line.
