Paul qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Chartered Builder in the legal division of a major construction consultancy before being called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1997. After re-qualifying as a Solicitor, he went on to obtain a postgraduate diploma in insurance law and arbitration law at the University of London.
He now specialises in construction/property damage claims and recoveries for insurers and major corporations. He also has a special interest in legal costs negotiation.
