Richard Highley is a partner specialising in disputes related to banking, insurance and financial institutions, and accountants' liability.
He deals with large commercial disputes, international litigation, insurance and reinsurance issues and disputes, and substantial professional negligence actions. He has also advised on claims relating to banking fraud, and on UK litigation and regulatory issues.
Richard is the English legal advisor for the captive of a large international bank, and advises the captive on claims issues arising with the insured and insurers.
