Fiona Gill has specialised in Health and Safety for over 15 years and is recognised by the legal directories as an expert in this field. She advises on a range of regulatory matters including health and safety, environmental law, trading standards, product liability and recall.

She defends criminal proceedings by the enforcement agencies including the HSE, CPS, the Environment Agency and local authorities. She also works with clients to develop bespoke health and safety policies, and procedures for investigating serious incidents in the workplace.

Fiona has been involved in cases such as the Gerrards Cross Tunnel collapse, the Heathrow Tunnel collapse, and the Albright and Wilson Avonmouth explosion.
