DAC Beachcroft's Corporate and Healthcare Regulatory teams and its Governance Advisory Practice were named collectively as Legal Advisor of the Year - Transactional Private - at the 2015 HealthInvestor awards last night (10 June), which aim to recognise achievement in the business of healthcare.
The latest success comes after the international law firm was also honoured at the awards in 2013 and 2014 as Legal Advisors of the Year – Public.
This year's win recognises the Health team's advice to longstanding client, Spire Health Group PLC, on a number of occasions during 2014.

Commenting on the success, Nigel Montgomery, Head of DAC Beachcroft's Health Sector, said: "This win recognises the hard work and quality advice our Health teams offer to clients every day. To receive an award in the presence of such high-calibre industry representatives is praise indeed and so I would like to say many thanks to all those involved in making this happen."
John Williams, Corporate & Commercial Partner, added: "This is great recognition for the outstanding work that has taken place between DAC Beachcroft teams and our health and social care clients. Independent health and social care, like the NHS, is going through a time of considerable strategic change and we have been able to support our clients through major corporate transactions, navigate highly complex governance and regulatory issues and provide commercial, employment and real estate advice."
"Our clients regularly tell us that they appreciate our approach of working with them in partnership by listening and understanding their needs and providing practical and innovative solutions."
