DAC Beachcroft Secures New Premises in Leeds

International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to announce its move into new premises at St Paul's House in Park Square, Leeds.
The firm will consolidate its two Leeds offices into the new, 24,800 sq ft premises by the middle of 2015.
St Paul's House in Park Square is a Grade II* Listed, landmark building in Leeds city centre. Built in 1878 in a Venetian architectural style, the site was originally constructed as a warehouse and cloth-cutting works and is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment due for completion early next year.
St Paul's House will be the first DAC Beachcroft office in the UK to reduce its overall footprint and move to agile working by delivering more effective workspace areas that reflect the future needs of the firm's business and its clients.
DAC Beachcroft Regional Senior Partner for Leeds, Virginia Clegg, said: "This is an exciting move for our 250 staff in the Leeds offices, demonstrating our long-term commitment to our clients and our people here and marking the next stage in the firm's considerable investment in the city."
