With offices in New Zealand and Singapore, a joint venture in India, and an association with a firm in Malaysia, DAC Beachcroft is well placed to advise businesses operating across Asia-Pacific.
Our offices form part of our global team focused on working with insurance sector clients.
DAC Beachcroft opened in New Zealand in 2010, through its acquisition of niche insurance practice, Williams Holden Cooklin Gibbons LLP. We have offices in Auckland and Wellington and specialise in working with the insurance sector across all product lines.
Please visit our New Zealand page for more information.
Our Singapore office was opened in 2011 and is focused on advising on complex, high value commercial disputes - principally for insurers and reinsurers. In addition, the team advises on insurance policy wordings, global programmes and coverage disputes, and supports other clients of DAC Beachcroft operating in Asia.
Please visit our Singapore page for more information.
DAC Beachcroft provides dispute resolution and advisory services for insurers and reinsurers through an association with Malaysian law firm Gan Partnership, based in Kuala Lumpur. Gan Partnership and the team in our Singapore office work very closely together to provide our insurance and reinsurance clients with a combination of DAC Beachcroft’s experience within the international insurance and reinsurance sector, and Gan Partnership’s Malaysian law capability and first-class commercial and dispute resolution capabilities in Malaysia.
