Quality

Our dedication to quality of service and our commitment to
acting as an exemplar for the profession remain the bedrocks
of our commercial strategy.

We see quality as a key ingredient in the service provision we offer our clients. We strive for continuous improvement in our services. Our IT systems are designed to complement the approach to supervision and assist with ensuring that reviews take place when required. We already operate our own national quality standard called The DAC Beachcroft Way.  

This initiative encompasses both strategic planning and management, and a framework of core operational procedures outlining the way all staff must approach and undertake their work.

The operational procedures underpin the management system and encompass the requirements of the ISO9001 standard and of relevant regulatory bodies. DAC Beachcroft is certified under ISO9001 2008 quality standards. In 2011 we were also awarded ISO27001 certification for our information security procedures.  

Each year an increasing number of our lawyers are lauded for the quality of the legal advice they provide bylegal directories Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500.
