Sectors

In health we advise private and public sector providers, suppliers and investors internationally across all disciplines. In the UK, where we act for a full range of NHS providers and commissioners as well as many independent sector clients, we are widely recognised as the leading legal adviser to the health and social care sector. Our depth of sector insight, commercial understanding and mix of legal, transactional and risk management skills enable us to support clients on everything from strategic advice on policy and regulatory challenges to innovative deals, sensitive claims and more routine advice.

In insurance we provide an international cross-class capability covering both claims and advisory. In particular we have the capability to manage high volumes of personal injury claims as well as complex, high value specialist risks. We work with almost all of the world's leading insurance companies. We have expertise and experience across the entire sector, including general insurance, life and pensions and in all markets, including Lloyd's and the London Market. This gives us an unrivalled depth of experience and breadth of insight into the challenges and issues facing the global insurance industry.

In real estate we specialise in working with businesses who are interested in real estate as an investment asset — especially residential and commercial investors, developers, funds and lenders. We have integrated teams of specialists providing a full service across the entire lifecycle of property assets. Our infrastructure enables us to offer local knowledge throughout the UK with an international reach. We provide a bespoke service for complex transactions and a highly systemised service for more routine tasks; this enables us to provide the right response to our clients depending on their individual needs

We also work with clients in the technology, telecommunications, retail and leisure, financial services, industrials and manufacturing and public sectors.
